Nowadays, I do everything I can to make sure the new family member has a forever home and you feel supported every step of the way on your training journey.

Supporting me in this I have the phenomenal aid of Valhalla's Trainer Adam, who brings over a decade of animal husbandry and behavioural experience in not just dogs, but everything from snakes to ferrets. He's the rough and tumble king around here, taking on the roughest and bringing out their best with care and patience.
At Valhalla Dog Training, there's only one kind of training that's acceptable - Positive reinforcement. We won't be using any kind of punishment, harsh language, heavy handling or anything else. Unlike some, we'll take the time to find what your dog enjoys and motivate them to become their best selves through praise, rewards, and play. After all, training IS supposed to be fun!

Classes
Join our resident behaviourist Laura & Trainer Adam for a morning packed with fun activities and training exercises at one of Valhalla's Classes. Valhalla Dog Training Classes have been designed by us to ensure you make consistent, realistic progress, using only the latest in behaviour studies to help you and your dog reach your training goals.

Valhalla Classes are designed to be fun, social and educational events, and we even have a small store to stock up on those essential chews and treats for your furry friend.

With two trainers and a guidebook for each weeks lessons, we'll set you up for success and push you to achieve more than you thought possible.

Valhalla Dog Training offer fully customised, structured training programmes designed from the ground up by our resident chartered behaviourist, Laura. Alongside the support of Trainer Adam, we can guide you and your dog on your journey toward training success.
​
Our sessions begin with an assessment of your needs, goals, and your dog's current training level. From there, we'll come up with an training plan, provide written guides for every skill and trick, host regular one-to-one sessions to check in and take the next step, and we're even available via WhatsApp during the week to help if you're hitting a wall.
